I’ve had the amazing opportunity to travel for most of my life, and this travel and food blog is a natural extension of the journeys that have shaped me. I was born in Wyoming, but when I was five, my family moved to West Africa—and ever since, we’ve been on the move. From Texas and Colorado to university in DC, and later, with my husband, we continued exploring. The Foreign Service took us to Moscow, Russia; Pristina, Kosovo; and Tel Aviv, Israel—where we built a life and made unforgettable memories with our kids.
Now that we’re back in the U.S., we’re eager to explore the richness of our own country. In this space, I’ll share travel itineraries (both local and international), food memories from markets and kitchens around the world, and practical tips for curious travelers and families on the go. More than anything, I hope this travel and food blog becomes a place of connection. I invite you to contribute your own favorite destinations, meals, and memories—together, we’ll create a community map full of stories, flavor, and joy.
